This information is used in connection with the operating license review of the captioned nuclear plant toward determining if any significant antitrust related changes have occurred subsequent to the previous construction permit antitrust review. As it has now been over four years since your January,1976 submittal, we would appreciate receiving at your earliest convenience an update of the Regulatory Guide 9.3 information.
