Our initial review of the Guard Training and Qualification Plan dated August 17, 1979, for the Oconee Nuclear Station, has indicated the need for both plan revisions and additional information. The revisions and requests are contained in the enclosure. The enclosure contains infor-mation of a type specified in 10 CFR 2.790(d) and it should be withheld from public disclosure.
