This is in further response to your undated letter received by our office on May 15, 1980, in which you requested, pursuant to the Freedom of Information Act, 22 categories of documents relating to the Crystal River 3 Nuclear Power Plant.

In addition to the documents and information provided to you in our June 11, 1980 response, the following document has been determined to be subject to your request:

NUREG-0525, " Safeguards Summary Event List, Revision 1."

This document has already been made available for public inspection and copying at the NRC Public Document Room (PDR),1717 H Street, N.W., Washington, DC 20555. The charge for reproducing records located in the PDR is eight cents ($0.08) per page, as specified in 10 CFR9.14(a).

Copies of this document can be purchased by writing directly to the PDR.
