Dear Mr. Eisenhut:
We received the above referenced letter on June 12, 1980, which was already beyond the 30 days required for response. Upon reviewing the letter for our response we find that we have never received the separate correspondence referenced in your May 7, 1980, letter for Item (1), Shif t Manning, nor have we received the March 28, 1980, letter referenced for Item (2), Licensing Examinations.
Without these referenced pieces of correspondence we cannot prepare a response to your May 7, 1980, letter. Upon receipt of the necessary correspondence we will prepare our response to the five additional TMI-2 requirements.
