4.6.I Pydraulie Snu'..bers i.6.1 flydraulic Snubbers The follo;;ing surveillance requirements 1.
During all modes of operation apply to all hydraulic. snubbers listed except Cold Shutdown and Refuel, in Tabi c 3.6.1.
all hydraulic snubbers listed in Table 3.6.1 shall be operable except as noted in 3.6.1.2 through 1.

The initial inspection shall bc performed within 6 months frca the date of issuance of thesc specifi-cations. For the purpose of enterig the schedule in Speci.^1 cation 4.6.1.1, it shall be assumed that the facility had been on a 6 month inspection interval.

Once cach refueling cycle, a repre-sentative sar.iple of 10 snubbcrs or approximately 10% of the snubbers, tdiichever is loss, shall be functionally tested Tor operability including verification of proper piston movement, lock up and biced.

Those snubbers designated in Tabic 3.6.1 ns being in high radiition arcas o'r c specially difficult to re::oce need not be sc1ceted for functional tests previded operability was previously verified.
