Enclosed are three (3) original and forty (40) copies of Technical Specification Change Request No. 29 requesting amendment to Appendix A of Operating License No. OPR-72. As part of this request, proposed replacement pages for Appendix A are enclosed.
On March 17, 1978, Florida Power Corporation submitted to the Commission Technical Specification Change Request No. 21 concerning deletion.of the Measurement Independent Quadrant Power Tilt values from Table 3.2-2 of the CR #3 specifications. Technical Specification Change Request No. 29 also contains changes to the Quadrant Power Tilt values contained in Table 3.2-2.
To avoid any confusion, we are resubmitting the changes contained in Change Request No. 21 as part of Change Request No. 29.
Therefore, Change Request No. 21 should be deleted in its entirety.
Also enclosed is Florida Power Corporation's license fee, in the amount of four thousand dollars, for this proposed facility license amendment and one signed copy of Certificate of Service for Technical Specification Change Request No. 29 to the Chief Executive of Citrus County, Florida.
Please advise if further discussion is desired.
