License No. DPR-72 Notice of Violation Based on the results of NRC inspection conducted on May 23-26, 1977, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with the conditions of your NRC Facility License No. DPR-72 as indicated below. This item is an infraction.
Technical Specification 3.7.1.2b. requires the turbine driven emergency feedvater pump be powered from an operable steam supply system whenever the facility is in Mode 1, 2 or 3.
