License No. DPR-72 Notice Of Violation Based on the results of the NRC Inspection on July 20-22, 1977, it appears that certain activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC regulations and the conditions of your NRC Facility License No.
DPR-72 as indicated below. These items are deficiencies.
A.
Section 3.2 of the Environmental Technical Specifications states that the operational radiological monitoring program is outlined in Table 3.2-2 of the ETS.
Contrary to the above, during December 1976, seawater samples were not taken at stations 14M and 14G.
B.
Section 3.2.2 of the Environmental Technical Specifications states that environmental radiological samples shall provide concentration values with LLD which are equal to or less than the those listed in Table 3.2-5 of the ETS.
Contrary to the above, during 1976, soil, vegetation, fish / meat /
poultry, samples were not analyzed to levels specified in Table 3.2-5 of the ETS.
