The inspection was an examination of netivities related to your preoperational
testing and meteorological data collection programs. Within these areas,

the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures and
representative records, interviews wl.th project personnel and observations

by the inspector.

No violations of AEC requirements were identified within the scope of this

Our Ucadquarters staff has completed ini evaluation of the sequence you

have established for conducting the ntenctural and lealmge rate test of
the containment building. The result:. of their evaluation concluded that
