Gentlemen:
This refers to the inspection conducted by Mr. M. H. Malmros of this
office on September 2-5, 1975 of activities authorized by NRC License
No. DPR-54, and to the discussion of our findings held by Mr. Malmros
with Messrs. Rausch, Rodriguez and Schwieger and other members of your
staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed

inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted of
selective examinations of procedures and representative records, inter-
views with personnel, and observations by the inspector.
As indicated in the enclosed inspection report, the corrective action
described in your letter of July 7,1975, in response to our letter of
July 2,1975, was verified and we have no further questions at this time.
No items of noncompliance with NRC requirements were identified by our
inspector within the scope of this inspection. The deficiency, identi-
fied through your management control system, which was reported as
Abnormal Oco rence Report No. 75-11 in a timely manner and corrected,
is describet. in the attached inspection report. No additional infor-
mation is needed for this item at this time.

In accordance with Section 2.790 of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part
2. Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, a copy of this letter and
the enclosed inspection report will be placed in the NRC's Public Docu-

ment Room.
