The attached report by our field inspector of a visit to the subject
facility on September 2-5, 1975 is forwarded for information.
We consider the licensee's corrective action in response to the enforce-
ment item described in IE Inspection Report No. 50-312/75-05 to be
effectively implemented. A recent internal audit by the SMUD QA organi-
zation found the administrative control of jumpers and bypasses to be
fully impl,emented consistent with the licensee's procedural requirements.
