In accordance with our memo to you dated June 14, 1972, enclosed is a skeleton fortant-in rough draf t form of Supplement No. 2 to the triginal oconee Safety Evaluation Report to cover Oconce Units 2 and 3.
You will note that it is in the format of the criginal Safety Evaluation Report and

.'is intended to assist the various review branches in organizing their contributions to the report. Each review branch should revise the draft wording to assure that it is ideally suited to the evaluation perforced by that branch.
