COMPLETION STATUS Enclosed is a preliminary list of outstanding items on Oconee 3 that requir? satisfactory resolution. Pending resolution of these items, and perhaps others resulting from future prelicensing inspections, R0 will recomend issuance of an operating license.
July 2,1974 is the current scheduled fuel loading date for this reactor. R0 plans to conduct an inspection on May 14-17, 1974 to review DPC's progress. We will keep you inforr.ed.
