2.
Licensed per:Mnel performaqce evaluaticns rerforrnd by Shift Supci-visors and reviewed by the Cperating Suaerintendent will te ccnducte.'

These evaluations will new be retained in the individual's personr.cl file.
He have determined that these changes are acceptable provided that on shift reviews continue to include all Emergency Procedures.
