This refers to the inspection conducted by hr. F. Jape of this office on

February 18-21, 1975, of activities authorized by NRC Operating License

Nos. DPR-33, DPR-47, and DPR-55 for the Oconee 1, 2, and 3 facility, and

to the discuscien of our findings held by Mr. Jape with Mr. J. E. Smith

at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during the inspection and cur findings are discussed in the

enclosed inspection report. Within these areas, the inspection consisted

of selective examination of procedures and representative records, inter-

views with personnel, and observations by the inspector.

This notice is sent to you pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201

of the AEC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2, Title 10, Code of Federal

Section 2.203 requires you to submit to this office,

within 20 days of your receipt of this notice, a written statement

or explanation in reply including:

(1) corrective steps which have

been taken by you, and the results achieved; (2) corrective steps

when full compliance will be achieved.
