We have reviewed Change 2 to Revision S to the Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan, as described in your letter dated Jtste 25, 1976.
As a result of this review, we agree that the change does not decrease the effectiveness of the security plan previously approved in our letter dated July 25, 1974, and is acceptable to the staff.
s'Te approved security plan now consists of a document entitled, "Oconee Nuclear Station Security Plan, Revis1 ort S", submitted with letter dated April 26, 1976 and Change 2, submitted with letter dated Jiate 25, 1976.
