In accordance with Arkansas Nuclear One - Unit 2 Technical Specification 6.9.1.9(b), attached is the subject report concerning the failure of the "A"

spray train due to the "A" spray pump control switch placed in pull-to-lock position.

A question of whether this LER is reportable or not caused a delay in the completion process.
