DOR RESP 0!tSE FROM DUKE POWER COMPNt/WITH RESPECT TO A;<ENDIX I TO 10 CFR PART 50 FOR OCONEE HUCLEAR STATION, UNIT HOS. 1, 2 AND 3 We have reviewed the letter of response from Duke Power Company for Oconee Unit Nos.1, 2 and 3 dated March 24. 1976 a copy of which we received on April 29,1976, and we have the following connents.
Although the licensee has indicated that he intends to provide the information requested in Enclosurds 1 and 2 of our letter dated February 19, 1976, he did not indicate when this data and information would be submitted. If the licensee can not furnish all of the infor-mation by June 4,1976, then he should indicate what information will be submitted by this date and provide us a schedule stating when the rest of the data will be available.
