, Indemnity Agreement No. B-44 between Duke Power Company and the Atomic Energy Commission, dated March 24, 19 70, as amended, is further amended as follows:

Item 4 - Location The Fuel Storage Building of the Oconee Nuclear Power Station, located approximately 2,800 feet northwes t of the Oconee Power Station Unit 1 Reactor, in Oconee County, South Carolina.

The Fuel Storage BuildhN~g oh th Oconee Power Station, located approximately '!,800 feet northeas t of the Oconee Nuclear Power Station Unit 1 Reactor, the Unit 1 and 2 Spent Fuel Building, and the roadways and areaways between the Fuel Storage Building and the Unit 1 and 2 Spent Fuel Building used for transporta-tion of the fuel at the licensee's Oconee Nuclear Power Station in Oconee County, South Carolina.
The Unit 1 and 2 Spent Fuel Building is delineated in Exhibit B to Duke Power Company's application dated May 3,1971, for amendment to Special Nuclear Materials License No. SIN-ll80.

2) designated Temporary Fuel Storage Building, on the afore-mentioned figure 2.2, and 3) the roadways and areaways used for the transportation of fuel between the Temporary Fuel Storage Building and the pink shaded area on the aforementioned Figure 2.2.
