NOTICE OF VIOLATION License Nos. DPR-38 Duke Power Company DPR-47 DPR-55 Based on the results of the NRC inspection conducted on June 12-15, 1978, it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below.
This item has been categorized as described in our correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
Oconee Nuclear Station Technical Specification, Section 6.4.1, states that the station shall be operated in accordance with approved procedures.
Contrary to the above, approved Oconee Nuclear Station Procedure HP/0/B/1000/62R, Procedure for Anomalous Environmental Results, was not followed in that during the period July 12, 1977 through May 24, 1978, Enclosure 5.1 to the procedure was not completed in all cases as required to provide documentation that the indicated intra company groups were notified and to document investigative and corrective action taken.
This is a deficiency.
