\\; Q APR - 81980 APPENDIX A NOTICE OF VIOLATION Westinghouse Electric Corporation License No. SNM-1107 Nuclear Fuel Division Based on the NRC inspection February 25-28, 1980, certain of your activities were apparently not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. These items have been categorized as described in correspondence to you dated December 31, 1974.
As required by License Condition number 39, the licensee shall perform the environmental monitoring program as described in the table attached to the license. The table requires that fish samples be collected from two loca-tions annually.
Contrary to the above, no fish samples have been collected since the issuance of the license dated May 24, 1978.
This is a deficiency.
