i In response to your letter of April 8,1980, concerning Mr. T. C. MacArthur i
inspection of our facilities conducted February 25-28, 1980, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 2.201, Part 2, Title 10, Code of rederal Regula-tions, the following coments are made regarding the its of non-carpliance:
4 Since the issuance of SNM-1107, several attstpts have been made to collect fish sanples in accordance with Condition 39.
Un-fortunately, fish sanples could not be obtained on those occa-sions because of unusual weather probles which cancelled fishing excursions and failure to catch fish on several occasions.
To correct this problem, we have instituted a formal program to assure that fish are collected annually. This program expands our fish collection capabilities and provides for follow-up in I
the event that fish are not caught until ampliance is attained.

These changes are now in effect.
The necessary fish sartples will be obtained by June 1,1980.
