50-445 50-446 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based upon the results of the NRC inspection conducted March 12-14, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC Construction Permit Nos.126 and 127 requiretrents as indicated below:

Section 3.E(8) of Construction Permits Nos. CPPR-126 and ';PPR-127 states in part:

"The rate of groundwater withdrawal during construction of facility shall not exceed 250 gpm."

Contrary to the above, groundwater withdrawal rates exceeded 250 gpm on March 19, Aprt! 25, December 4, and December 7,1979.

This is an infraction.
