This report is submitted in accordance with Sequoyah unit 1 Technical Specification 6.9.1.12.1.

The LER number on the 1:mnediate report telecopied to the NRC on May 14, 1930, was incorrect; instead of SQRO-50-327/8045, it is SQRO-50-327/8047.
