Dear Mr. Reid:
This submittal is in response to Item 2.1.6.b of NUREG-0578, identified in your letter of May 5,1980, concerning the staff's evaluation of the imple-mentation of Category "A" Lessons Learned requirement at Crystal River Unit 3.
Florida Power Corporation has completed the review which determined the needed modifications to provide access to vital areas and to protect vital mechanical equipment.
The attached report presents the results of the re-view and supersedes Attachment III of the referenced letter.
