. Contrary lto the sbove, Licensee Event. Reports (LERs) numbers79-123, a.79-124, 79-129,'and 79-134, all reporting events as listed'in Specifi-cation 6.9.1.9, were submitted to the Director NRC' Regicnal Office between 31-to 33 days after the event occurrence.

Contrary to_the above, LER number 79-141, reporting an event as listed in Specification-6.9.1.8,was submitted ~ to the ' Director NRC Regional Office 22 days after the event occurrence.
- This is an infraction. A similar item was brought to your attention in our
