ARTICLE I - SCOPE OF HORK The contractor shall provide the necessary services to the "uclear Regulatory Ccmmission to review and ccmment on the follodina specified renort - Plutenium sections of a draft document entitled, " Safety Analysis Air Transportable Package," authored by Sandia Laboratories.
Section 7, Operating Prc,edures - contractor shall review and (1) c condense subsection 7.1,'"Precedures for Loading the FAT-1 Package," to a format consistent with subsection 7.2, " Procedures for Unicadino the Packaoe.".The remaining subsection 5 of 7.0 shall be reviewed for the purpose of condensation without detracting frera discussions necessary to assure proper packaae utilization. retyped edition of this section will be provided by the contractor to HRC' (5 man days).
(2).Section B, Acceptance Tests and Maintenance Program - contractor shall reorganize this section pursuant to guidance given by NRC to the centractor at a meeting-en November 30, 1977. Centractor shall. review this section for clarity and completeness and sunply

(3) Section 9, Quality Assurance - contractor shall review this section,

A letter summarizing the pctentid[ scope of work involved in changing the drawings as suggested shall be submitted to flRC (10 man days).
Three trips between Willmington, Delaware are Silver Spring, Maryland will be required to ccmplete these tasks:
(1) to establish and trans'mit to the contractor guidance required for revisions to'se.ctions 7 and 8 - flovember 1977.
