In accordance with our recent meeting, rel: tive to installing a program for gathering and reporting information on the current status of the construction / testing / core loading schedules on the Oconee 2 and 3 facilities, we are enclosing data sheets to assist you in submitting the desired information.
I have enclosed the following information:
1.
A revised network as developed in our meeting on July 26, 1973.
This network indicates the status of your activities as of that date.
2.
A summary instruction sheet, a single sheet report form, and a revised glossary for reporting changes in your construction schedule or progress.
3.
A listing of milestones and activities for your use and con-venience.
We request that you review this information as soon as possible and submit to this of fice, no later than September 14, 1973, any changes and additions required to reflect your current construction progress.
It is also requested that changes and additions be submitted in accord-ance with the enclosures no later than the 14th of each following month.
A negative report is desired where applicable.
