,c The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendments Nos.ff.55, and61for License Nos. DPR-38. DPR-47 and DPR-55 for ther Oconee Nuclear Station, Unit Nos.1,-2 and 3.

These amendments consist of changes to the Station's conanon Technical Specifications and are in response to your requests dated October 31,1977 and Dececber 2, 1977.

These amendnents revise the Technical Sp)ecif* ations to:

(1) delete the requirements for Annual Reports, (2 reqGce written confimation for prompt reportable occurrences, and (3)7 delete the Technical Specification section on Respiratory Protection Program.

Copies of the Safety Evaluation and the Notice of Issuance are also enclosed.
