Dear Mr. O'Reilly:
My letter of December 8, 1977 transmitted responses to OIE Bulletins 77-05 and 77-05A and committed to provide test data on Elastimold connee-tors.
Please find attached a copy of a k'estinghouse report which outlines the procedure to qualify Elastimold connectors, equivalent to those used at the Oconee Nuclear Station. The report concludes that the electrical connectors were not altered by radiation or a LOCA simulation, and are suitable for use within containment.
