APPLICATION FOR LICENSES Duke Power Company, Applicant in the above-captioned proceeding, hereby files Amendment No.13 to its Application for Licenses.
This Amendment No.13 incorporates the following document appended hereto and made a part hereof:
- 1) Duke Power Company Engineering Department Design Report File No. OS-27B, " Static Method of Seismic Analysis of Piping Systems for Oconee 1, 2, 3,"
dated June 5,1970,
- 2) Revision No. 6 to the Final Safety Analysis Report.
This Revision No. 6 includes FSAR Supplement 3 and Sub-stitution and Supplementary pages as indicated to cover various changes and corrections in the Final Safety Analysis Report. The purpose of PSAR Supplement 3 (Part of FSAR Revision No. 6) is to provide and identify the additional information submitted in response to questions contained in letters from Dr. Peter A.
