Dear Dr. Morris:
Duke Power Company is filing herewith a revision, dated June 26, 1970, to Amendment No. 13 to its Application for Licenses for the Oconee Nuclear Station, which is under construction pursuant to provisional construction permits CPPR-33, -34, and -35 issued by the Commission on November 6, 1967.
This filing includes a revision to the Amendment Document and a revised letter to replace the transmittal letter addressed to Dr. Peter A. Morris.
Please replace the second page of the Amendment Document with revised pages 2 and 3 dated June 26, 1970 and the transmittal letter dated June 22, 1970 with the revised letter (consisting of two pages revised June 26, 1970).
These revisions are necessary in order to designate Babcock & Wilcox Topi~
cal Report BAW-10023, " Computer Codes and Methods Used in Performing LOCA
- Analyses," dated June, 1970, as " PROPRIETARY".

Morris's letters of March 3, March 27, and April 22, 1970; includes references to information supplementing previous answers to questions 4.9, 4.12.4, 4.12.5, and 5.10 of DRL's letter of February 3,1970; and also identifies additional information voluntarily submitted. Where feasible, the information has been incorporated into the appropriate sections of the FSAR. The Supplement tabulates the questions in the same format as the Director's letters, giving the information or the reference where it is found.
