Thank you for your letter of May 23, 1980 with an enclosure in response to our letter dated May 5,1980, with an enclosure in which you brought to our attention the discrepancy between the " Notice of Deviation" and your procedure QAI-021-002. We have reviewed both documents and concur that the " Notice of Deviation" should have-been as discussed with you during the exit meeting. We have no.further questions at this time.

We will review your corrective action of item (b) during a future inspection.
