This revision describes the revised design of the RCS vent.

For your convenience, the enclosed revised page replaces the cor-responding page in the revised response to hTRLG 0578 submitted by my letter to you dated October 31, 1979.

The original vent design was submitted by my letter to you dated January 11, 1980.
