Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Docket No. 50-219 Revision 4 to Amendment Number 71 to the Application for a Full Term Operating License Enclosed are three signed originals and 57 copies of Revision 4 to Amendment Number 71 to the Application for a Full Term Operating License.
This submittal revises the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station Operational Quality Assurance Plan. The purpose of Revision 4 to Amendment Number 71 is described in the attachment to this letter. The primary purpose of Revision 4 to the Operational Quality Assurance Plan (Plan) is to incorporate the organizational changes within JCPSL.
With regard to your " Request for Additional Information and Staff Positions on the Operational Quality Assurance Plan for Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station", dated S/14/79, several of the items have been addressed.
The remaining items will be addressed in Revision 4 to the Operational Quality Assurance Plan. These requests for additional information require additional internal review prior to the revising the QA Plan.
Revision 4 to the Plan will be submitted in the near future.
