With your application dated January 25, 1980, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation for changes to the Vermont Yankee Technical Specifications (License DPR-28), you submitted a Class II amendment fee of $1,200. By letter dated February 15, 1980, we informed your company that a Class III fee was required for this application and requested that you remit an additional sum of $2,800 pursuant to the requirements of 10 CFR Part 170. This fee has not been received; therefore, it should be submitted to this office within fifteen days after your receipt of this letter.
