Gentlemen:
Thank you for your Ictter of February 5,1980, informing us of steps you
have taken to correct the items of noncompliance concerning activities
under NRC Construction Permit Number CPPR-94, brought to your attention
in our letter of January 18, 1980.
Your correctf ve action concerning Item A in the Notice of Violation appears
to be inadegaate in that the Resident Inspector has identified additional
safety tags placed on incorrect breakers and valves.
These safety tags
were identi fied af ter you had completed the corrective action described
in your let:er of February 5, 1980. You are requested to submit to this
office additional corrective action taken by you to avoid further non-
compliance ind when full compliance will be achieved.
Your corrective action taken to Item B in the Notice of Violation appears
to be adequate and we have no further questions.
We appreciate your cooperation with us.
