Salmon Street Portland, Oregon 97204 Docket No. 50-344 License No. NPF-1 NOTICE OF DEVIATIONS Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on January 21-23, 1980 it appears that certain of your activities were not conducted in conformance with your commitments to the Comission as indicated below:
Contrary to the licensee's commitments expressed in paragraphs 4.1.11 and 13.0, respectively, of Trojan Nuclear Plant Training Procedure TP-2-2, which is the licensee's NRC-approved operator retraining program, the following actions were not accomplished in calendar year 1979:
1.
The Operations Supervisor did not review participation of licensed reactor operators or senior reactor operators in the reactivity control manipulations portion of the retraining program.
2.
The Training Supervisor did not prepare quarterly summaries of the retraining program (intended to include a general progress report on the retraining program and a listing of actual or potential difficulties with respect to meeting its requirements).
