Salmon Street Portland, Oregon 97204 Docket No. 50-344 License No. NPF-1 NOTICE OF VIOLATION Based on the results of an NRC inspection conducted on January 21-23, 1980, it appears that one of your activities was not conducted in full compliance with NRC requirements as indicated below. This is a deficiency.

maintained to document the participation of each licensed operator and senior operator in the requalification program.
Paragraph 7.1.7 of Trojan Training Procedure TP-2-2, which is the licensee's l
NRC-approved operator retraining program, requires that records of reactivity control manipulations be maintained.
r Contrary to these requirements, the licensee documented only one of the ten or more reactivity control manipulations performed by one-licensed senior operator during his two-year license term ending in October,1979.
