Dear Mr. Peoples:
Enclosed is a Confirmatory Order dated February 29, 1980, issued by the Comission for Zion Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2.
The Order amends Facility Operating License Nos. DPR-39 and DPR-48 by incorporating and confirming those*comitments made by the Comonwealth Edison Company in its letter of February 22, 1980.
We have concluded that the additional actions are necessary for continued assurance that the public health and safety will not be endangered by the continued operation of Zion Station, Unit Nos.1 and 2.
A copy of the Order is being filed with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
