These actions will be examined during a subsequent inspection

of your licensed program.

In regard to your response based upon preliminary review of the unresolved

item concerning facility alarm conditions, we acknowledge the effort you plan

but remain particularly concerned about alarm conditions "where the condition

is normally expected to exist during operation" and will re-examine that

aspect of this issue.
