attention in our letter dated May 17, 1978, and your followup letter

dated June 28, 1978, which provided additional information as requested

during the recent inspection on June 19-21, 1978.
During this inspection your corrective actions were reviewed and serified.
With respect to your comments in your letter of June 7,1978 concerning
instructions on the use of the containment emergency escape hatch, it was
determined by the inspector that you have provided additional instructions
to employees on the use of the hatch. The instructions appear adequate
and we have no further questions regarding this matter.
