FLORIDA POWER CORPORATION Crystal River Plant Units 3 & 4 Amendment No. 3 to the Florida Power Corporation's Preliminary Safety Analysis Report includes both insert pages, as listed below, and Supplement No. 2.

Supplement No. 2 consists of answers to seven " Informal" Questions and a

" package" on Engineering Geology and Foundation Design. Supplement No. 2 should be inserted in Volume 4.
