Enclosed are three (3) executed originals and nineteen (19) conformed copies of Amendment No. 3 and Supplement No. 2 to the Construction Permit Application for our Crystal River Nuclear Generating Plant - Units 3 & 4.
Also enclosed are an additional eighty-one (81) copies of each for updating the balance of the copies of the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report filed with the original Application.
Amendment No. 3 modifies the Preliminary Safety Analysis Report so as to include desiga information on engineering changes covered in recent discussions with your staff.
Supplement No. 2 contains the fi.tal sub-surface testing reports and other information requested of the applicant by your staff.
