UNITED STATES ATCMIC H!ERGY CCM4ISSICN DCCKET NO. 50-302 FLCRfDA PCWER CCEPCPATION NOTICE OF ISSUANCE OF PROVISICNAL CCNSTRUCTION PEP 24IT Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to the Initial Decision of the Atomic Safety and Licensing Board, dated Septe=ber 24, 1968, the Director of the Division of Reactor Licensing has issued Provi-sional Construction Permit No. CPPR-51 to the Florida Power Corpors-tion for the construction of a pressurized water nuclear reactor, designated as Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Generating Plant, en the applicant's site on the Gulf cf Mexico, about seven and ene-half miles northwest of the tevn of Crystal River, Citrus County, Florida.
Se reactor is designed for initial operation at approximately 2L52 megawatts (thermal).
A copy of the Initial recisien is en file in the Co==ission's Public Docunent Room,1717 H Street, N. W., Washington, D. C.
