'Qtulification Testing of Protection System Instnnentation." You have referencred this report as applicable to RPS equi ment qualification testing l
in the FiAR for Crystal River, Unit 3 (CR-3).
As a result of our review, we have concluded this report provides an accept-able basis for qualification of equipnent for CR-3. Acceptability of this report requires that you address Section 6 of our evaluation of BAW-10003, Revision 4 pInvided in the enclosure to this letter.
In order to maintain our licensing schedule, we will need your responses to Section 6 of the enclosure by December 5,1975. If you cannot meet the response date, please inform us within seven (7) days after receipt of this letter so that we may revise our scheduling.
