Dear Sir:
Florida Power Corporation has amended its Application for the Crystal River Unit 3 Nuclear Facility, Docket No. 50-302, by filing Amendment No. 24 on March 9, 1973.
Amendment No. 24 consists of updated Topical Report references and revisions in response to the Request for Additional Infonnation made by the Division of Reactor Licensing in the letters dated April 10,1972, May 2,1972, and July 24, 1972.
The following items, which consist of both revisions to and new information for the Final Safety Analysis Report and Supplement No.1, were not included in Amendment No. 24 and will be submitted in Amendment No. 25 to the Application for Licenses on April 2.

Section 15, Technical Specifications.
2.
Section 1.7, Quality Program.
3.
Section 1.8, Identification of Agents and Contractors.
4.
Responses to questions 10.10 and 14.6.8 of the Request for Additional Information made in Mr. R. C. DeYoung's letter of July 24, 1972.

Update pages resulting from description of the main steam isolation valves.

'Th'e Director March 15,1973 The information relative to the consequences of fuel densification and its effects on Crystal River Unit #3 will be submitted as stated in our letter to Mr. Giambusso of March 12, 1973.
Your request for information concerning steam line breaks made in Mr. Giambusso's letter of December 15, 1972, will be submitted by June 30, 1973, as indicated in our letter to your office on December 27, 1973.
Florida Power Corporation is actively pursuing resolution of the PRI surge height with the Atomic Energy Commission as described in our letter to Mr. Giambusso of February 22, 1973.
Finally, we received Mr. Schwencer's letter of March 7,1973, requesting information concerning the control circuits of safety related equipment at the plant, to which we will respond accordingly.
We trust that this letter will be helpful as a summary of outstanding licensing items with your office. Please do not hesitate to call on us if the need arises.
