Dear Sir:
In accordance with the procedure contained in Mr. A. Schwencer's letter of May 6,1974 concerning the distribytion of supplementary detailed data, we are submitting three (3) copies of volumes containing detailed EI&C drawings.
The revisions to these drawings are in accordance with paragraphs 7.3.2,7.4, and 8.3 of the staff's SER for Crystal River Unit 3 and are a result of meet-ings with members of your staff in Bethesda on April 23, 24 and 25 and at the Crystal River Unit 3 sita on April 29, 30 and May 1,1974. A list of the drawings is attached to each volume.

together with 150 capies of Florida Power Corporation's " Environmental Report f or Crystal River Unit 3" which addresses itself to the environ-mental impact of the Crystal River Unit 3 Generating Plant is forwarded per your request of July 15, 1970.
This submission is not an Amendment to the Application for Licenses Docket 50-302 or a part of the Final Safety Analysis Report.
The Environmental Report is submitted in accordance with your letter dated July 15, 1970, addressed to the attention o: Mr. A. P. Perez, President, to provide the Commission with certain information to enable it to pre-pare the detailed environmental statement required by the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 and the Water Quality Improvement Act of 1970.
We believe that all information requested in your letter is covered in this Environmental Report and should additional information be desired we will, at your request, supplement this Repert.
