No answers have been received for the DE questions, Nos. 4.1, 4.2, ts.7, and 4.lG, which were ir.cluded in AEC's lettur to the applicant dated January 17, 1972.
The applicant has indicated that he will provide this infor: nation by Psy 0, 1972. A revision of DRL que:tien No. 4.1, to co: ply with the rncently rovined ASMC 3.T.P.V. Cods,Section III, fracture toughness requirsn-nts, is given in the attacncd enclosure. Adequate respcasea will ba required by Septo r.her 20, 1972, to enable us to completa our final operating licenns safety evaluation by tne scheduled data of Hovt. der 18, 1972.
