In accordance with our recent meeting, relative to installing a program for gathering and reporting information on the current status of the construction / testing / core loading schedules on the Crystal River 3 facility, we are enclosing data sheets to assist you in submitting the desired information.
I have enclosed the following information:
1.
A revised network as developed in our meeting on July 18, 1973.
This network indicates the status of your actlyities as of that date.
2.
A summary instruction sheet, a single sheet report form, and a revised glossary for reporting changes in your construction schedule or progress.
3.
A listing of milestones and activities for your use and con-venience.
We request that you review this information as soon as possible and submit to this office, no later than September 14, 1973, any changes l
and additions required to reflect your current construction progress.
It is also requested that changes and additions be submitted in accord-ence with the enclosures no later than the 14th of each following month.
